Warranty for Fuel Injector Flow Testing Services
We guarantee that our injector cleaning and testing process provides accurate and reliable results, documenting whether your injectors meet performance standards at the time of service. However, due to variables beyond our control once the injector is reinstalled—such as engine conditions, fuel quality, usage—we do not offer any guarantees on the injector's performance after it enters service.
Issues That Cannot Be Resolved by Cleaning or Flow Testing
- Faulty injector coils
- External leaks at plastic-to-metal seals
- Broken pintles or damaged connectors
- Rust or fire damage
- Worn internal metering parts
Additional Information
- * Test Pressure: Standard is 43.5 PSI/3 bar. If different pressures are required, notify us before testing. Additional charges will apply for multi-pressure testing.
- Painted Injectors: Cleaning removes OEM paint on older metal-body injectors. Repainting is the owner's responsibility.
