      Toyota/Lexus
      Gasoline Direct Injector
      Cleaning and Testing Services

When it comes to cleaning and testing gasoline direct fuel injectors, precision is everything. Testing direct fuel injectors at low pressure doesn’t give you the full picture. It’s like testing your port injectors at 1.5 PSI—not even close to the actual conditions in your engine. Our specialized equipment allows us to test injectors at the high pressures they experience in real-world driving, giving you accurate results that reflect true performance of the injector.

Most of our competitors can’t match this level of testing. Unless they're using similar equipment—which most don't—they’re forced to test injectors at low pressure, providing incomplete data that doesn't reveal how injectors will handle actual driving conditions. This means you’re not seeing potential issues until they become real problems on the road.

At our facility, we go beyond basic testing. We evaluate each injector with a injector part number specific, multi-stage test plan that simulates various load demands, ensuring your injectors are performing under a range of conditions. In contrast, many competitors run just a single test at low pressure, which doesn’t give a clear picture of performance under high-stress conditions. With us, you get thorough testing that helps ensure your engine runs as efficiently and powerfully as it should.

This is a cleaning and testing service on your supplied injectors.

We want to ensure you fully understand our GDI fuel injector cleaning and testing service. When you choose our service, you're paying for both the cleaning and testing of your injectors. While we aim to restore performance through proper cleaning, some injectors may still not meet performance or part number flow standards after testing. Please note that we do not offer refunds for the service on failed injectors, as the fee covers the time, equipment, and resources used in the process.

In some cases, injector failure may be minimal, and replacement may not be necessary. We evaluate all tests and provide recommendations based on a comprehensive review. Our goal is to offer the best possible service and help you make informed decisions about your injectors. Feel free to reach out with any questions.

          Shipping checklist:

          • Remove fuel injectors from fuel rail. Any fuel injectors sent in the rail will incur additional labor and shipping charges, as well as put your injectors at the end of the line.
          • Remove any external grease, oils, and gasoline from injectors than place in seal able plastic bags. We are not responsible for any incoming freight that is leaking or has external fuel odor and rejected/returned by shipper.
          • Make sure to send the injectors complete with the old O-rings and sealing grommets. This is especially important on any modified injectors or swaps.
