HANDLING TIME IS 1 BUSINESS DAY. NO WEEKEND SHIPPING.
The Injector Shop absolutely does not guarantee shipping times, the carrier does. Any shipping time guarantees are quoted by shipping carrier. We will work with the buyer to resolve any issues but PLEASE do not get mad or aggressive with our staff as we didn't have anything to do with the delivery delay.
USPS does not guarantee delivery date, they only give an estimated delivery. If you are looking for guaranteed delivery dates than you need to use UPS options at checkout.
The Injector Shop does not refund any purchases based on shipping delays. Refunds will be applied when the merchandise is returned, and you have 30 days after the merchandise arrives to return for full merchandise refund.
Once the item has shipped there is no option to cancel the order. You still have the option to return the unopened and unused item for up to 30 days for a full refund. See return policy for coverage.
The Injector Shop does not refund any purchase for theft or carrier misplacement. If the tracking number shows delivered to the address you have provided, and you do not receive the merchandise for any reason, that does not constitute a refund from The Injector Shop.
Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost at checkout.
IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT EXPEDITED UPS SHIPPING:
1. Only expedited orders received before 11:00 AM PST will be processed and given to UPS that day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be given to UPS the following business day.
2. UPS DOES NOT count weekends or holidays as part of the day count. Please take this into account when selecting UPS expedited shipping.
International Shipping Policy

Absolutely no refunds will be provided from The Injector Shop for loss, theft, late delivery, or damage created while in possession of shipping carrier. - Shipping Carrier Responsibility
2.1 Once the tracking number shows that the parcel is in the hands of the shipping carrier, The Injector Shop is no longer responsible for any loss or delays that may occur during transit.
2.2 Any issues related to delivery, loss, damage, or delays must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier. We recommend contacting the carrier's customer service for further assistance. - Shipment Tracking
3.1 The Injector Shop will provide a tracking number for each international shipment. Customers can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of their package.
3.2 While we strive to ensure accurate and up-to-date tracking information, please note that tracking updates may vary based on the carrier's systems and capabilities. - Delivery Time frames
4.1 The Injector Shop cannot guarantee specific delivery dates for international shipments. Estimated delivery time frames provided are based on standard shipping practices and are subject to change.
4.2 Factors such as customs clearance procedures, local holidays, and unforeseen circumstances may affect the actual delivery time. - Customs Clearance
5.1 International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country. The Injector Shop has no control over these processes and cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs.
5.2 The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate and complete customs information. Any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the customer may result in additional delays or fees. - Lost or Damaged Shipments
6.1 In the event of a lost or damaged international shipment, the customer must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim.
6.2 The Injector Shop will provide any necessary documentation or proof of shipment to support the customer's claim process. However, we are not responsible for the outcome or resolution of such claims. - Changes to Shipping Policy
