Processing & Handling Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).

No shipping is available on weekends or holidays.

Paid expedited orders placed before 10:00 AM Pacific Time will ship the same business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the next business day.

Shipping Options

We offer several shipping options at checkout. The most economical option is USPS Ground Advantage, which is free for qualifying orders. Expedited services from UPS and USPS Priority Mail are available for faster delivery.

Please note:

• USPS delivery time frames are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• UPS does not count weekends or holidays in delivery time calculations.

• Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, The Injector Shop is not responsible for carrier delays, loss, misplacement, damage, or theft.

• The Injector Shop will provide available documentation needed to assist customers with a carrier claim.

• The Injector Shop does not refund shipping charges due to carrier delays, loss, misplacement, damage, or theft.

Free Shipping Eligibility

1. Rebuild & Seal Kits

Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping is included with all rebuild and seal kit orders. No minimum purchase or quantity is required.

2. Bulk Injector Parts

Free USPS Ground Advantage shipping is available on bulk parts orders of $35 or more, based on the merchandise subtotal before taxes or discounts.

Orders under $35 will see available shipping rates at checkout.

3. Fuel Injector Testing & Cleaning Services

Free UPS Ground return shipping is included with injector service orders of four or more injectors.

Expedited return shipping upgrades are available during checkout.

Incorrect, Incomplete & Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

If a package is returned to The Injector Shop because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, an undeliverable address, or another address-related issue outside our control, the merchandise will be refunded once the package has been returned to us.

The actual outbound shipping cost incurred by The Injector Shop will be deducted from the refund, including orders that originally qualified for free shipping.

If the customer still wants the merchandise, a new order may be placed using the correct shipping address. Returned orders will not automatically be re-shipped.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping

We ship internationally via DHL only to select countries.

Duties, taxes, customs charges, and brokerage fees are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Injector servicing is not available to international customers.

The Injector Shop does not provide refunds for delays, loss, or damage on international shipments.

Any claims related to lost, delayed, or damaged international shipments must be made directly by the customer with the shipping service provider.
