BMW piezo GDI injectors operate at extremely high pressures and require specialized test equipment and BMW OEM test plans to be evaluated accurately. At The Injector Shop, your injectors are tested at actual operating pressure using BMW OEM flow test plans, not low pressure port style benches.

While proper cleaning and regeneration can often improve injector condition, results are not guaranteed. BMW piezo injectors are known for internal mechanical failures such as leakage and electrical drift that cannot be repaired through cleaning or regeneration.

Important policy note:
There are no refunds for cleaning testing and regeneration services if an injector fails testing. The service fee covers the entire process including equipment time labor and OEM level diagnostics.

In many cases a failure is minimal and does not automatically mean the injector must be replaced. We evaluate all test data holistically and provide an honest recommendation based on the full test profile of each injector.

Shipping Checklist

  • Download and print the service form and include it with your injectors
  • Remove all external grease oil and gasoline residue
  • Place injectors in sealable plastic bags
  • We are not responsible for incoming shipments rejected due to fuel odor or leakage
  • Wrap and protect nozzle tips and electrical connectors. These components are fragile and must be protected
  • Cylinder numbers may be marked for your records. We will sequence test reports accordingly

Turnaround Time

Piezo injectors are cleaned and tested individually using specialized equipment.

Six business days from the date your injectors are received.


Abandoned Injectors Policy

Any injectors left unpaid for more than thirty calendar days after service completion become the property of The Injector Shop.
