Important Update: The Injector Shop Is No Longer Shipping to the European Union

At The Injector Shop, we've always been grateful for the support we've received from customers around the world. Over the years, we've shipped thousands of fuel injector parts to enthusiasts and repair shops in dozens of countries, including many throughout the European Union.

Unfortunately, due to recent changes in European Union consumer regulations governing online sales and returns, we have made the difficult decision to discontinue sales to customers located within EU member countries.

Why We Made This Decision

Like many small businesses, we carefully evaluate the costs and risks associated with serving international markets.

Recent EU regulations have significantly increased the compliance requirements and financial exposure for businesses selling directly to consumers within the European Union. These regulations include expanded consumer withdrawal rights, additional compliance obligations for online retailers, and increased administrative requirements.

While these changes may be manageable for large international retailers, they create a level of financial risk that is simply not sustainable for a small specialty business like The Injector Shop.

The Challenge for a Small Business

Many of our products are inexpensive replacement parts or seal kits.

A single international return can easily cost more than the profit earned from multiple orders. Between international shipping, refund obligations, payment processing fees, and administrative costs, even a single return can turn an otherwise successful sale into a significant financial loss.

As much as we would like to continue serving every customer worldwide, we must make decisions that ensure the long-term health of our business.

What This Means

Effective immediately, customers with shipping addresses located within European Union member countries will no longer be able to complete purchases through our website.

This change applies only to shipments destined for countries within the European Union.

We will continue to serve customers throughout the United States and many other international destinations where the regulatory requirements remain practical for a business of our size.
